Our stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sunbathing and swimming. The entertainment provided by the animation team was fabulous, and our kids loved being part of the activities. However, we encountered some frustrating service issues, particularly with the staff's communication skills and the condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially the bedding and shower facilities. Overall, I would say it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a nice stay at this resort with my family. The animation team was energetic and engaging, making our time enjoyable. The rooms were clean, but a bit smaller than other places we've stayed, and the distance between rooms and attractions meant some walking.
